Roasted Red Pepper and Herb Cheese

3 oz. Neufchatel Cheese

1 jar Roasted Red Peppers in Olive Oil with Garlic

1 t. garlic paste

1 T. Fresh Italian Herbs

1 T. heavy cream

Place all ingredients into a food processor.  Pulse until combined.  Place into a small bowl and serve on crackers or use as a dip for fresh vegetables.
