Peachy Lemonade

1 c. water

1 peach, roughly chopped (about 1 c.)

5 strawberries, hulled and sliced (about 1/2 c.)

1/3 c. organic agave syrup

2 lemons, juiced (about 1/2 c.)

Sparkling Mineral Water

Place water, peaches, strawberries and syrup into a medium saucepan over med high heat.  Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 or 4 minutes.  Pour into a food mill, fitted with the seeding strainer, set over a bowl.  Strain the fruit and syrup through the food mill.  Set aside

Pour the lemon juice into a container, I used a mason jar.  Add the peach mixture to the lemon juice and refrigerate until completely chilled.  

When ready to serve fill a tall glass with ice, add 1/2 c. of the fruit mixture, top with sparkling water. Garnish with peach slices and strawberries if desired.
