Garlic Pepper Chicken

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces

1/4 c. garlic cloves (about 12) smashed

3/4 t. sugar

1/2 t. white pepper

1 3/4 t. fish sauce

1 T. peanut oil

Heat the peanut oil in a wok over med high heat.  When oil is shimmering add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly until light brown.  Add the chicken and stir fry until no longer pink inside, 2-3 minutes.  Add the sugar, fish sauce, pepper and 1-2 T. water.   Stir to coat chicken and serve.
