Corn "Crack" Dip

Kernels from 4 ears of cooked sweet corn

1 c. Miracle Whip

1 c. Sour Cream

1 Bunch  Scallions, white and light green parts, sliced thin

1 can Diced Green Chiles, drained

1 lg. Jalapeno Pepper, minced

8 oz. Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend

Mix it all together in a large bowl.  Refrigerate, the longer the better, before serving.  Serve with Tortilla Chips.
