Beef Kabobs

Sirloin Steak (about 1/4 lb per person), cut into 1 1/2-2" chunks

1/3 c. soy sauce

1/4 cup oil

juice from 1/2 lemon

1/4 c. worcestershire sauce

1 T. sugar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 lg. onion, chunked

lg. pkg whole mushrooms

1 large zucchini, halved and chunked

3 small yellow squash, chunked

salt and pepper to taste


Place steak into a seal-able plastic bag, mix soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, sugar and garlic and pour over steak.  Refrigerate for at least 5 hrs..


Thread marinated steak alternating with vegetables on  a skewer.  Season with salt and pepper.  Grill over medium high heat for 7-10 minutes per side until vegetables are tender and the steak is done to your liking.
