Beef Gravy

1/4 c. butter

1/4 c. flour

1 c. Beef Broth

salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in a saucepan over med heat.  Add flour.  Cook and stir until flour is browned. Gradually whisk in the broth until gravy is smooth.  Add more or less broth to get the consistency you like for your gravy.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.
