Adam John Prawlocki


Adam John Prawlocki was born in 1980 and studied at Florida State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art in 2003. Soon after, he received training and became a Master Sculptor in 2005. Since then, he has honed his creative talents in a variety of areas: taxidermy, bonsai horticulture, mixed media sculpture, instrument construction, special effects makeup and prop building and design. His major influences are global mythology, comic books, the natural world, science fiction and fantasy narratives; he often incorporates natural materials and found objects in his pieces. He currently lives in Kissimmee, FL with his wife and dogs and enjoys making music, plant cultivation and homebrewing when not making art.
