Course level: undergraduate Professor: Michael Gofman Course description: The class builds foundation for corporate finance knowledge and its application to optimal financing of
corporations. The class introduces students to financial frictions analysis (FFA) and how it allows firms to
create value via financial decisions. During the course students climb the corporate finance knowledge
ladder that has five steps: (1) definitions/language of corporate finance (2) institutional details (3) theory
