ONE MONTH BEFORE TRAINING

'TWAS A MONTH BEFORE TRAINING AND ALL THROUGH THE BODY, NOT A MUSCLE WAS STIRRING, NOT EVEN PILATES.....

Got to get in rediculous shape.  Been doing yoga or going to the gym 5 days a week.  Went rock climbing on Sunday.  Soon I will be hitting the streets, running 5 miles to improve lung capacity.  I feel good.  Real good, but I know its gonna be a little different once LA hits.  3+ hours of Bikram a day plus class and posture clinics is a wee bit tougher than one class a day.  I also have a 20 page dialogue to memorize for class.  Woohoo.  One day at a time.
