10:00am – Wedding party girls arrive at hotel and begin getting ready.

10:15am – Make-up/hair stylist arrives – Smart and Chic Bridal stylists Amber and Dee.

10:30am – 11:15am – Kim gets hair done by Dee.

10:30am – 11:00am – Lacey gets hair done by Amber.

11:00am – 11:45am – Sarah gets hair done by Amber.

11:15am – 12:00pm – Akua gets hair done by Dee.

11:45am – 1:00pm – Niki gets hair and make-up by Amber.

12:45pm – 1:30pm – Sue gets hair done by Dee.

1:00pm – 2:30pm – Liz gets hair and make-up by Amber.

1:30pm – 2:15pm – Joanne gets hair done by Dee.

1:15pm – Photographer and assistant arrives/getting ready photos begin.

2:00pm – The entire wedding party should be at the University Club and mostly ready to take photos.

2:50pm – Wedding party and family musts be ready to begin photos.  Meet on Second floor of the University Club in the Oak Room.  Guys will be hanging out in this room while he girls are up stairs getting ready.

3:00pm – Photographer gathers all of the wedding party.  Bride and Groom see each other for the first time on the wedding day with photographers and photos begin. During this time, the wedding party including the groomsmen, bridesmaids, flower girls, ring bearers, ushers, officiant, parents, etc gather in the ballroom for a run through of the ceremony.  Bride and groom will not be present for the run through.

3:45pm – Take photos around St. Paul (outside) and at venue with the wedding party, ushers and officiant.

5:30pm – Should be at the University Club and will hang out on the 2nd floor Oak Room until time to head upstairs for the ceremony.

5:30pm – Guest begin to arrive at venue. Ushers should be upstairs greeting guests, etc.

6:00pm – Ceremony begins promptly.  After the ceremony, Doug will announce cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres downstairs.

6:30pm – Cocktail hour begins and hors d'oeuvres are butler passed.  Wedding party and certain guests including parents, grandparents meet on second floor to take group formal photos with photographers.

7:45pm – Guests move to ballroom for dinner.  Service staff and bartenders will be announcing dinner and for guests to head upstairs.

8:00pm – Grand march begins.  Wedding party along with Bride and Groom enter the reception, are formally announced.  After, Adam and Liz will make a toast to welcome guests.  As dinner is starting to be served, Bride and Groom will cut cake then be seated for dinner.

8:10pm – Meal is served.  The best man's toast kicks things off after all guests have their entrees.  Maid of honor toast to immediately follow.

9:00pm – The cake is served to guests.

9:10pm – Bride and Groom’s first dance.

9:20pm – Dancing starts.

9:30pm – Father/Daughter dance.

9:35pm – Mother/Son dance right after.

9:45pm – The bouquet and garter are tossed.

12:30am – Last song is played and things start to wind down.

1:00am – Tear down and clean up must be complete and all guests on their way to hotel.  Wedding party please help with tear down!

1:15am - If we are up to it, we can head to a bar by the Excel Center or party in someones room.
