Morrowind Mod Trivia:

  • -'Raemanity – Another Side of Lady Rae' is a spin off Cirque Du Soleil's Las Vegas production, "Zumanity – Another Side of Cirque Du Soleil”.

  • -Many characters included in Raemanity were members of the modding community.

  • -Mae'vir Manor is a tribute to Neverwinter Nights. In the 'Hordes of the Underdark' expansion, Mae'vir Manor is included in a quest.

-The 'Empress Gown' found in 'Mae'vir Manor' was based off the Empress Kaileena's gown from Prince of Persia: The Warrior Within.

-'Keseli', a character included in 'Recruit New Telvanni Councilors' is a spin off Cirque Du Soleil's touring production, 'Varekai'. Keseli was one of the final choices of names before being cut.

-The Royal Palace' includes a portrait of Princess Morgiah (featured from Daggerfall and Tenaka's 'The Black Queen Chronicals'). Coincidently, 'The Barenziah Makeover' changes Barenizah's face to a more pleasant one that was randomly seleted at the time. Barenziah's face was based of Morgiah's.

-Original inspiration of 'Pictured Birthsigns' came from Hamster and a mug of beer.

-'The Quixinite' was inspired by an attempt to change an online name.

-'Makunde' was based off  many different influences. Cirque du Soleil's Dralion and KA characters are present, most notably in the Royal Family. In addition, the mod's setting takes a light inspiration from the KA storyline. 'Makunde' includes several areas which names were influenced by real Japanese and Chinese Emporer's names. Originally, the mod was built as a Telvannian Tree Island where the player could not visit the forest floor. Makunde uses hundreds of resources of the Asian Themed Resource compiled by Legato and Redwoodtreesprite, and is the only currently existing Oriental Styled Landmass available for English Download in Morrowind.
