No Pain = No Gain! I’ve been trying to get fit for the past year! When I moved to Spain from the UK I gained about 12 kg; which is mostly due to cheap food, drinks and little to no sports. I’ve always been more or less active, having played basketball for many years now. So since last summer I’ve lost 9kg and I’d like to lose another 5 to be happy. I try and go to the gym 3-4 times a week and have active weekends! For the most part it's also about eating healthy, which is hard for someone like me, French, who loves to use butter and cream in cooking!!!Week 1 of the diet.
