"Guardianship" grant

The Elder Justice Committee has obtained a grant to create a position to be overseen by Area 10.  They are now hiring for that position.  The person will train volunteers to assist those who are in need of assistance.  Chris Gaal has also developed an educational piece video about how to identify elder abuse and ways that people can help.  There will be a gathering on October 1 at 12:15 at Judge Galvin's courtroom.

Night of the Living Dead on WFHB radio on Halloween and Macbeth on October 16, 17, and 18 at 7 PM, as well as 2 PM on the 18.

New Freedom Transportation Program News

Barb Salsbury announced that up to 10 vouchers can now be purchased per month.  20 vouchers can be purchased per month if dialysis or ongoing therapy.
