Avocado Shake

1 avocado

3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup of coconut milk

2 handfuls of ice

Pinch of salt

Using a spoon, scoop out avocado flesh into the blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Pulse for 15-20 seconds. Taste it! Do you want it sweeter? Add one more tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk. Pour into a glass and drink right away.
