Office building previously used as registry office converted into four apartments within the main building and a two bedroom detached house conversion to the rear.

3D visualisation of the Front Facade where we reinstated stonework and timber sash windows bringing the character property back to its original splendour.

To achieve four apartments 90% of the internal walls had to be removed including a 0.5m spine wall which was replaced with a double storey steel frame to support the beam and block concrete floor and provide stability to the existing structure.

After negotiations with the planning officer Double glazed timber frame sashes were installed helping to reduce noise and heat loss.

Conversion of basement level of a prominent Listed property into a self contained apartment, working with the conservation officer on this Listed property retaining original features including Bread Oven and flagstone flooring.

South Gloucestershire

Double storey side extension to an end terrace property to create two self contained apartments.


Property refurbishment with large Dormer loft conversion.

North Somerset 

Barn and garage conversion with large extension to create a separate dwelling from the original farm house creating a large two bedroom cottage within an AONB.

Part of the planning included mitigation plans for BATS and Swallows. 

Bristol City Council

Utilising permitted development rights to convert a hipped roof loft space into a gable loft conversion. This would not of received approval under a standard planning application which is why it was submitted as a Lawful application. It was required to convert the hip into a gable as to position the proposed stair over the existing stair maximising the properties potential.
