This is the official site of the Research Group on Computational Biology with Relevant Algorithmics (CoBRA), formerly ACLab Bioinformatics. CoBRA is one of several research groups under the Algorithms and Complexity Laboratory of the University of the Philippines Diliman. Specific areas of interest of CoBRA include hard combinatorial problems in bioinformatics, rice informatics, visualization and data mining of genetics and genomics data.
