Reheatable Mashed Potatoes

5 lbs. potatoes, peel and cook
8 oz. cream cheese (I use neufachatel)
1 stick butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 C. sour cream (I use plain yogurt)
salt and pepper to taste

Put peeled and cooked potatoes in mixing bowl and beat. Add in remaining ingredients and beat until they are the consistency that you prefer.
