Welcome to the ACES Parent Teacher Organization website! 

Who is the PTO?

If you are a parent or guardian of an ACES student, or if you are a teacher or staff member of Avery's Creek Elementary, then YOU ARE PART OF THE PTO!  We are not a club and there are no dues.  We do have an elected board who leads monthly meetings, where we rely on your input and participation.

What does the PTO do?

We organize fun activities throughout the year to build community in and around our school; and we raise funds to support our students, faculty, and staff.  Our mission is to work together to support and enrich the educational and social experience of every student.

How can I get involved or help?
  • Attend monthly meetings to stay informed and offer ideas. We meet on the first Monday evening of each month at 6pm in the school's media center and would love to have you join us! 
  • Volunteer and help out at the Book Fair, Health Fair, Fall Festival, Holiday Shop, and Valentine's Dance, as well as other activities.
  • Donate to the Fall Family Fund and Spring Boosterthon Fun Run.
  • Bake/purchase items for bake sales and Staff Appreciation events.
  • Collect and help count Box Tops.
  • Purchase ACES T-Shirts for the family
  • ... And More!

Please consider becoming involved in our PTO. It is a wonderful way to be a part of our school community and to show our support for our students.  Whatever time you may have to give is greatly appreciated, no matter how large or small it is!
