Byron K. Lichtenberg
Unfortunately, high-res images from early shuttle flights are not always available from NASA's websites, and I wanted an interesting photo of Byron K. Lichtenberg, who flew on STS-9 and 45. Lichtenberg co-founded Zero G in 1993, and there was this image on NASA's servers, so I had a print made. Lichtenberg is rotating noted physicist Stephen Hawking, who has Lou Gehrig's disease. Peter Diamandis, the other founder of the Zero G and whose hands appear at right, was at the same event as Lichtenberg but at a different day.
