Miles Traveled : 352 We are in the middle of nowhere without any service, so you'll get a few updates at once when we do (addendum : we didn't get good service until we got into Wisconsin). We are currently in Kellogg, Idaho. Jacob said 3 times in a half an hour that he wished he'd gotten new tires. I knew this was more than a wish after the third time and told him we should get off and get some tires then. He did finally admit it. He was getting nervous that one of them was going to blow in the mountains--especially in the night in Montana. His hands were so clammy. So, we've been here about an hour. We took a nice walk about the town and decided we wanted to buy this place. We'd turn it into a hipster cool anything goes kind of place. It would even have a heliport to fly people in. We also decided we'd run Dave Smith our of town. Jacob just said, "Dave Smith has no idea who he's up against. We're coming for you Dave Smith!" D.S. has basically bought up the historic part of downtown and turned it into a big car dealership. So, you have these cool buildings and houses all run down with cars parked in the grass. It's a disgusting show of obscene commercialism. I wanted to find D.S. and punch him in the nose. Jacob wanted to, "bang on his windows and call him out in front of his mindless mutant Kelloggians." I love how creative we can be with our life planning. We have lots of plans for the rest of our lives together. I told him one of these days we might actually pick one of them and stick to it. I just read him this journal entry and he agrees whole heartedly.
