In the 1980's I discovered restricted and healthy eating, I was in my 30's and I think most f you know why we start thinking of diets at that age.. Low fat, unsweetened yogurt and musli for breakfast since then, it might not be considered so healthy any more, but I love it, so I keep eating it.
