Stomach still isn't where I want it, but progress is slow and steady. I was actually losing weight too rapidly last week, so I had to increase my daily calories to keep from losing muscle mass! I took the time to rejigger my meal plan using the powers of spreadsheets and science. A mere eighteen days until beach time. Can I make my goal in time?
It seems impossible that I can consume so few calories, burn so many, and still not look like a Men's Health cover model. Photoshop? No, seriously, I love this app, Daily Burn, for my iPhone that let's me keep track of how I'm doing. Very motivating for me! (Also, doing a shot like this kept me from having to show my face today!)
