ACCESS Family and Peer Partners

Family and Peer Partners are needed to serve as family support or peer support partners. Duties include assisting families and/or youth in reaching their goals; and organizing and facilitating social skill building groups. Candidates will also assist with helping connect families to ACCESS services and provide assistance to ACCESS Coordinators. Applicants for both positions must have a high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license. Part-time and full-time available. $11-$13/hr. EOE. Preferred candidate has been personally and directly involved with our local systems. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes work in the community, nights and weekends.

ACCESS Coordinators

Access Coordinators are needed to work with families to develop a team that can provide families with support to help them reach their goals.  Duties also include assisting with service coordination, pubic speaking, coordinating and facilitating meetings and linking families to needed services and supports.  Ideal candidates have either a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Part-time and full-time available. $13-$17/hr. EOE.  Ideal candidates should be familiar with our local community resources and mental health services. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes work in the community, nights and weekends.

ACCESS Service and Supports Coordinator

The Access Service and Supports Coordinator is needed to manage the day to day operations of the ACCESS Service Delivery Process. Responsibilities include supervising ACCESS Service and Supports Team Leaders, assisting with any needed assessments, providing back up support, organizing group supervision sessions, reviewing paperwork, assisting in the development of protocols, and practice manuals.  Position also involves coaching and mentoring staff, and monitoring fidelity to wraparound and trauma informed practices.  Applicants must possess at least 5 years direct clinical and supervision experience and be familiar with strength based supervision and have exceptional clinical insight, assessment and service planning skills. Clinical license LMFT, LCPC, LCSW or licensed Clinical Psychologist preferred. Experience with Medicaid rules and regulations preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license. Full-time. Salary: $35,000-$45,000. EOE. Preferred candidate must be able strength based and understand the needs of youth and families. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes work in the community, nights and weekends.

ACCESS Service and Supports
Team Leaders

Access Services and Support Team Leaders will provide direct individual and group supervision to the service delivery staff. Supervisors will also assist with monitoring documentation, deadlines, and family care plans. Supervisors will also provide direct supports to the service delivery team and mentor, monitor, and evaluate staff to assist in the alignment to the practice model.  Must have Bachelor’s Degree and/or be a high School Graduate with Bachelors level equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.  Must have 3 years of supervisory experience and be familiar with strength based supervision and have exceptional clinical insight, assessment and service planning skills.

Part-time and full-time available. $18-$25/hr. EOE.. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes work in the community, nights and weekends. P
