General Description

To solve each problem we need:
  • A complete domain ontology:

            - Factual knowledge representation.

            - Decision knowledge representation.

            - Meta knowledge representation.

  • A base of use cases (training and validation).
  • An event base (usual cases and atypical cases) 
  • Goals:

            - Decision-making with constraints.

            - Decision analysis and decision evaluation.

            - Learning. 

The proposed solution is a multi-agent structure transposition into dynamical complex spaces allowing:

  • Expression of artificial emotional states.
  • Generation of traceable multi-scale decisions.
  • Evaluation and analysis about the decision. 
  • Automatic generation of new plans. 

In order to control a logical or physical entity (Drone, smart car, crowd management, eco-system management, …) with an artificial brain, the critical element to define  is the ontology. The ontology can be represented as a set of knowledge related to a specific subject or a sector like, for instance, computer science, surgery techniques or car racing, …

In that ontology, all the vocabulary words are sorted in a specific way (e.g. verbs, people, objects, people, spaces, colors, physical capabilities, etc…). All these words are associated to each other by links having a given distance based on the relationship between these words (strong/close or weak/remote). Hence the links represent all the relationships and possible actions between the different types of knowledge so that, upon the entity entry into a new environment, portions of that knowledge become active in a way similar to an equalizer: A stimulus on a specific knowledge, a word, causes new stimuli. These stimuli are then analyzed and compared to the given objectives so that a decision can be taken.
