Chris Glon has now more than 26 years of experience in the software industry in the Silicon Valley, where he held different technology positions in many companies.

One of his earliest projects was a Coin Press Monitoring System developed for the US Mint of Philadelphia, for which he received a letter of commendation.

As President and founder of Laiglon Systems, Inc., a consulting firm created in 1986, Chris has experience in building large scale (100+ users), mission critical ERP system implementations. His clients included businesses with annual revenues in the hundreds of millions of dollars like Sunsoft, JavaSoft, KLA-Tencor, Siemens-Rolm, …

Chris was an early pioneer in developing an advanced form of database publishing technology that culminated into the creation in 1998 of printChannel.com, a B2B Internet company, where he was the Chief Technology Officer. Backed by 2 rounds of financing by Warburg Pincus, LLC (NY), a capital risk firm, the company was eventually acquired by EFI, Inc. in 2002.

Chris has been published in magazines like Government Computer News, Database Advisor, Micro-Publishing, Datapro and PC Week.

Chris studied advanced mathematics in France and holds French University diplomas in Business Administration and Computer Science.
