Payment Schedule and Policies

Most of our classes are semester-based, with two (2) 14-week semesters, Fall and Spring. Click here for the Calendar, including holiday schedule.

Field trips and one-time classes:

Non-Members: Payment is due upon reservation/registration.

Members (with paid annual registration fee): Charges will be listed on your next invoice.

Refunds will not be given if canceled after the payment due date (August 1st for Fall or Dec. 1st for Spring)  for in-house classes or several weeks in advance for performances or events requiring significant materials purchases.) While we try to be as flexible as possible, dropping a field trip or class at the last minute does not allow time for us to fill an empty space or adjust staffing for an event. Unpaid/late registrations may be canceled.

*If we cancel a class or activity, we will credit your account for monies paid. You can request a refund check in writing or email, or apply it towards a future class. Please remember to check enrollment/withdrawal policies for more information.

Ongoing classes:

Payment is expected in full by the second week of classes each semester.. Please keep in mind that you can pay via credit card or using Paypal's "bill me later" service. A purchase order from a charter school covering the full amount of class(es) is considered full payment, but the family is still responsible for all the fees, therefore agreeing to pay Academic Antics directly if the charter school does not pay our invoice.

We recommend reviewing your purchase orders and amounts due to ensure that everything is being handled as you expect. If we receive a partial PO, we will assume that you are paying the remainder out-of-pocket.

We may send payment reminders and email statements to your email address on file. It is the client's responsibility to notify us of any contact changes.


Payments can be made via personal check from a U.S. bank on U.S. funds, money order, cashier's check, cash (must be paid in person) or via PayPal.

Note: we do not offer refunds or credits for classes missed due to behavior issues, minor illness or absences due to travelling (see our Conduct Policy for more information.)
