Creamy Yogurt Honey Poppy Seed Vinaigrette

Ingredients:


3/4 cup canola oil

2 tablespoons champagne vinegar 

1/3 cup honey

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon dijon mustard 

2-3 teaspoons poppy seeds

2 tablespoons plain yogurt

1 tablespoon shallot, chopped (optional)


Directions:


Whisk together all ingredients until emulsified and well mixed. Store in fridge. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
