Meditation 3 - Golden Ball Meditation
This is a favorite short meditation (just under 10 minutes) that can be used anytime to relieve stress, anxiety, and fear and replace it with peace. Be sure to sit quietly for at least 10 minutes afterward to enjoy the relaxation you feel, then surround yourself with white light before entering any stressful environment.

Meditation 2 - Releasing the Ego
The meditation below contains channeled information on how to release your ego and reset your identity as a soul of light. By receiving the vibration of this meditation, you will take steps on a soul level to allow peace and abundance into your life. . It is almost half hour long, so be sure to prepare to have this time and space available for this intense meditation. Do not plan to perform activites after this meditation without at least an hour of recovery. Make sure you are well grounded afterward before operating a vehicle or other physical activity.
