For all you DIYers, AEP's Brainstorming Session gives you advice, tips, help with timelines. Gets you on your way to your vision.   $50. per meeting/ each hour

Rehearsal/Day of Assistance You love to DIY and you have had fun planning your special day, found your venue, hired your vendors, purchased or rented the decor. A great service for Type A people and those who are cost conscious.  But you need someone to take control of the rehearsal, assist with set up and direct the vendors during the event, have that emergency bag handy. Someone to understand your vision, and is passionate about the execution. 
Includes consultation meeting, rehearsal (if needed) & wedding day.  
Starting at  **$200.

  • Month of Service  
  • Also, known as Partial Planning. AEP assists you with that last important month prior to event date, pulling every aspect together. This is not a full service plan. This plan is for those who has done all the legwork and planned most of the wedding themselves. AEP comes in at a time when you need to have your lists double-checked, questions answered, details and hidden aspects revealed, guide the rehearsal, and be there for the Bride/Groom and their guests, on that special day to oversee the vendors. Assist with have rented or purchased decor. Keep the event on schedule with a Day of timeline made by AEP, provide an emergency bag, pin on corsages. You will be allowed to contact AEP via phone, email, Skype during the month prior, providing you peace of mind that your plans will be understood and executed.  Starting at **$500.
  • Full Service will give you our total personal attention. From invitation to the grand exit at your romantic wedding. AEP will find the perfect venue and vendors for your event, timeline, decor, RSVP management, keeping you within your budget.  We'll even assist in a Bridal shower! Let us do the work for you! We take your vision, you sit back and make the decisions, while AEP does what we do best! Make your memories absolutely perfect, for years to come!              
  • Starting at **$1,200. 

** These prices are for concept and coordination, planning labor only. Any servers, ceiling decor, tables, chairs set up or tear down, clean up crew, etc. are considered vendors and are not included in this price. 

We are not a venue. But we will find you the perfect location.  For short notice weddings, if the wedding is approximately a month away or less and AEP preforms full service duties, you will be charged for the Full Service fees.

           AEP Decor are available exclusively and is Free if using Month of 
               or Full Service Planning, to save you even more money!
    Short notice, small intimate, large weddings, home and garden weddings. We plan them all as we plan to save you money!

  • $10. per hour, 3 hour minimum/per server,
  • 2 server minimum. Appropriate service attire.
