About me    
I am a Masters student (Aug'13 - May'15 expected) at the Robotics Institute of Carnegie Mellon University, where I am supervised by Dr. Abhinav Gupta. My research focusses on object detection, domain adaptation and video event understanding. I also collaborate with Dr. Samarjit Das (Bosch Research and Technology, Pittsburgh) to apply my object detection approach for DIY applications at Bosch. Prior to joining RI-CMU as a graduate student, I worked with Dr. Devi Parikh. I completed my undergraduate coursework in ECE from University of Delhi, Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (formerly Delhi Institute of Technology)  in 2011.
