For Victorians in an acute hospital setting with an Acquired Brain Injury.

You or someone you know has an Acquired Brain Injury (or ABI). This can be an extremely traumatic and confusing experience for everyone involved. The ‘Roadmap Resource for ABI’ aims to bridge the gap between those who need the help and those who can help.

This resource gives you information about:
  • the services you may need,
  • an explanation how everything fits together and,
  • offers strategies to get the most out of what's available.

Starting in the Victorian hospital (acute) sector, follow the pathways down through the rehabilitation (sub-acute) sector to the community, and click on the links to access more information.
