Our approach to training is mostly individual, one-to-one as the way Yoga meditation and contemplation has been traditionally been taught for thousands of years. Personal coaching is available by appointment most days around 9:30am or 2:30pm (These are windows of time that naturally occur due to the timing of our four daily meditations.). Please call or write to schedule a time. Be sure to look at the books / handouts for the self-study program and the systematic method of practices.

The coaching sessions may be about learning the systematic process of meditation, exploring self-awareness, yogaasanas, pranayama/breathing, and meditation itself. It may be about facilitating learning by helping to elaborate on your self-study program, or it may be about discussing life issues and planning in the context of yoga psychology. Yoga coaching is personalized to the individual person. Although we often have small group sessions as well, these are conducted with the same closeness and personal touch as are the totally private sessions. All are in the spirit of satsang, which is coming together (sanga) in the spirit of being in, and seeking of Truth (sat).
