About me



I'm an applied microeconomist working 
on issues in development economics with a focus on topics relating to education, child nutrition and public service delivery. 

I am currently based at the UCL Department of Economics working as a Post-doctoral researcher with Prof. Orazio Attanasio. I completed my doctorate (DPhil) in Economics, supervised by Prof. Stefan Dercon and Prof. Albert Parkat the University of Oxford (awarded Feb 2015). 

Before moving to UCL in Feb 2016, I worked as a Research Officer with the Young Lives Projectwith which I remain associated. I am also affiliated with Nuffield College and the Centre for the Study of African Economies at Oxford and the CESIfo Economics of Education Research Network in Munich. Before joining the D.Phil. program, I worked as an Economist in South Sudan's statistical agency from October 2008 to September 2010 through the ODI Fellowship Scheme
