I'm an applied microeconomist working on issues in development economics with a focus on topics relating to education, child nutrition and public service delivery.
From February 2016, I will be working as a Post-doctoral researcher at the UCL Department of Economics with Prof. Orazio Attanasio. I completed my doctorate (DPhil) in Economics, supervised by Prof. Stefan Dercon and Prof. Albert Park, at the University of Oxford (awarded Feb 2015).
Before moving to UCL, I worked as a Research Officer with the Young Lives Project, with which I remain associated. I am also still affiliated with Nuffield College and the Centre for the Study of African Economies at Oxford. Before joining the D.Phil. program, I worked as an Economist in South Sudan's statistical agency from October 2008 to September 2010 through the ODI Fellowship Scheme.
