Bio sketch

I was born in Sohag, Egypt in 1983. I received the M.Sc. degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Mechanical Engineering Department, Assiut University (Assiut, Egypt) in 2010. I obtained the PhD degree in Control Engineering from the Centre de Recherche en Automatique de Nancy (CRAN), Université de Lorraine (Nancy, France) in July 2014. During the PhD thesis, I was supervised by Prof. Jamal Daafouz and Dr. Romain Postoyan, with whom I focused on the development of event-triggering strategies for networked control systems to reduce the amount of communication through the network. September 2014 - June 2015, I was working as a research and teaching assistant (ATER) at the Université de Lorraine in Nancy. From July 2015 to October 2016, I was working with Prof. Maurice Heemels as a Post-doc researcher at the Mechanical Engineering Department, Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), The Netherlands. I am currently working as a Lecturer at the Mechanical Engineering Department (Mechatronics section), Assiut University, Egypt, where I have started this position since November 2016.
