Everyone (including babies, children & partners) is welcome to Banksia group gatherings.
If you’re having a good day, please bring a small plate to share (it doesn’t have to be homemade),
otherwise just bring yourself, your children and your breastfeeding questions.
There is no need to RSVP for a meeting, however it is a good idea to call the meeting host, read our
group Facebook page or check your e-mails for any last minute changes to meeting location.
We love to hear input and advice from all members, so even if a topic of discussion may not be relevant
to you now, you may be able to learn something in preparation or be able to offer some valuable
information from your own experience and help others.
We will endeavour to begin the discussion of topics fifteen minutes after the meeting starts (i.e.
10.15am). If you are running a little late, find a seat and we will take an introduction to the group as
soon as possible. We aim to allow an hour for discussion of topics with plenty of
time to chat, relax and eat afterwards!
You may also attend other ABA group meetings - in some cases they may be closer to where you live,
or there may be a topic that is of particular interest to you.
The neighbouring groups making up our Plenty Valley area are Diamond Valley and Darebin.
