Our History

we have been a branch of the national AAUW  (American Association of University Women) for 44 years.

The NEWSLETTERS page has copies of our monthly newsletters from the last few years. These include photos from special events such as the March Expanding Your Horizons program of STEM workshops for girls and our December holiday gatherings.

The STEM Programs page has information about our new STEM Adventures program and a link to the website with information about the major Expanding Your Horizons program that we used to organize.

Copies of our bylaws versions through the years are in the file list below. These are mainly of use for branch officers to access when we need to make updates.

Our branch By-Laws were revised in May 2015. There are 4 files below:
The file at top of list is the Word version, which will be helpful if future   changes need to be  made.
The second file is the PDF format of the May 2015 bylaws.
The third file is the 2012 version of the bylaws. and  is there for historical interest only.
The fourth file (version of April 2015)  is marked 'proposed' and became final after our May meeting; the sections that are changed from 2012 are shown in red in that file.
