If I am traveling to the conference by air, which airport should I fly to?

We are advising all people traveling to the conference by air to fly into BWI (Baltimore Washington International Airport), to maximize the number of people who will be able to share ground transportation to the conference.

Where do I go to find / share ground transportation?

Join one (or both) of our groups for attendee info sharing:

We need drivers as well as riders!

  • If you can drive and rent a car at the airport, we want to match you up with other attendees who will need a ride from the airport to the conference and vice versa. Please join one of the attendee groups above and indicate that you will be flying in to BWI and can drive and rent a car, and how many additional passengers could ride with you. Riders will help defray the costs for car rental, gas, and tolls.

  • Same goes for people driving all the way to the conference. Please join one of the attendee groups above and indicate what city you will be driving from and how many additional passengers could ride with you. Riders will help defray the costs for car rental, gas, and tolls.
