8th International Workshop on Mathematical e-Learning

e-math 2016, UNED, Madrid

May 5-6, 2016

The 8th International Workshop on Mathematical e-Learning (e-math 2016) is an international event which serves as a meeting point for online instructors and researchers in the field of mathematical e-learning both at undergraduate and graduate levels.

The e-math 2016 is co-organized by the UNED (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, Spain), the UAb (Universidade Aberta, Portugal) and the UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya).

The e-math 2016 will be held at the Facultad de Ciencias de la UNED, calle Senda del Rey n. 9, 28040 Madrid.

The workshop will focus on various topics of e-learning in mathematics:

• Technology for e-learning and Mathematics
• Distributed e-learning environments for Mathematics
• Evaluation of technology systems for e-learning in Mathematics
• Free and open source software for Math learning
• Best practices of e-learning and Mathematics
• Emerging technologies in Mathematical education
• Multimedia and interactive Math e-learning systems
• Practices in Mathematical learning and teaching
• Dissertations and results obtained by students using University Maths e-learning systems
• Future of Math e-learning

The program consists of lectures and open sessions on the above topics.

We invite everyone with interest in e-learning and Mathematics to actively participate in the conference, by attending and/or presenting recent results related to the scope of the conference.
