My goal ultimately is to be vegetarian. I am learning how to eat healthy slowly and learning all about food. This is a meal I really enjoyed...and I have always hated green beans. I mixed quinoa and brown rice with green beans. squeezed lemon over it. the veggie burger is a Dr Praegers "Tex Mex" from the frozen foods section Trader Joes Grocery store. The quinoa is "Red Inca" found at Whole Foods Market.
