Firefly is so amazing. I just started disc 2.'s good. Anyway, today started off the same with the bars for breakfast and snack. For lunch i had a lean michelenas meal. I'm not sure how to spell it and i damn sure aint lookin it up. It only had like 260 calories in it though. Me and chris went shopping at wal-mart last night and got some foods. I got a bunch of those gay meals. They arent bad though. So i had the shrimp and noodles for lunch. Then just now i went to my moms house and ate some meat loaf, mashed potatoes, and apple sauce. Small portions off all of that. I think i did well today. I'm holding strong. I dont think i'm going to pose anymore of these photos in any of the groups. I just dont see the point really. I am mostly doing it for me. If people are watching that's cool though. I know ledfords out there with his fat guy a day deal. Until tomorrow.

As I was tugging on various parts of my body as men are known to do when alone, I noticed how much skin I can pull away around the abdomen. I couldn't help but remember old sayings of "pinching an inch" of fat. Although in my case there is no fat behind this skin. This is all the loose skin from the weight I have lost. The other good news is it's not visible unless I tug on it. In other weird news, despite eating over my calorie budget for nine weeks and having chocolate every day since Easter (I bought a huge stash ater Easter) I continue to lose weight. Starting to wonder if the jokes about the tape worm are true...
