Submission Guidelines

Authors should submit an original paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling. Please check the paper formats so you may be aware of the accepted paper page limits. 

The guidelines for paper formatting provided at the conference website must be strictly used for all submitted papers. Please check and carefully follow the instructions and templates provided. 

Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or environments to which it is applicable.

Please, submit your one page abstract not later than 30th July, 2010 by e-mail to There is no special format for the one page abstract, but there is a maximum of 300 words.

If your one page abstract is accepted by the Scientific Committee, you will be notified by e-mail, you must send your draft full paper and extended abstract for review by e-mail to not later than 30th November, 2010.

Final papers and extended abstracts must be sent by e-mail ( and by mail (snail mail) to the Singapore Conference Secretariat, and they must include:

a)  A disk containing the file of the paper for the word processor.  The disk(s) must be labeled accordingly.

b)  Two paper printouts of the contribution.

c)   Publishing Agreement (see below). 

In order to ensure that the paper will appear in the Conference Proceedings, it must arrive to the secretariat by 4th January, 2011.
