5 Wickham Road is a large, semi-detached house, dating back to Victorian times. It has been modernised to meet HMO requirements, but some period features remain.
The 5 Spacious, locked rooms, each with Wash basins, and the common areas are all decorated with white paint and natural wood.
It has been home to many HSU / AECC students over the years, including the owner's daughter who also called 5 Wickham Road her home. She has now gone on to open up her own very successful practice in her home town.

This is subject to change up or down, and is monitored via regular meter readings. A coin box is fitted to the tumble dryer and an additional line dryer is fitted outside. This contributes to a fairer sharing of energy costs.**

As residents are all full time students, the house is currently exempt from Bournemouth Council Tax.
