5 Wickham Road is a large, semi-detached house, dating back to Victorian times.  It has been modernised to meet HMO requirements, but some period features remain.  

The 5 Spacious, locked rooms, each with Wash basins, and the common areas are all decorated with white paint and natural wood.

It has been home to many HSU / AECC students over the years, including the owner's daughter who also called 5 Wickham Road her home.  She has now gone on to open up her own very successful practice in her home town.

5 Wickham Road is Fully HMO registered and open to full time students only on a 12 month contract.

Overview and what's Included - All you will need to bring along is a duvet, pillow and bed linen!

• Utility bills, TV Licence, Agent letting fees and Council Tax all included.  **NOTE There is a supplementary charge for utilities, currently set at £15 per month. This is subject to change up or down, and is monitored via regular meter readings.  A coin box is fitted to the tumble dryer and an additional line dryer is fitted outside. This contributes to a fairer sharing of energy costs.**

Student Duties

• Clean own room, clean up after yourself promptly in common areas, plus share with other student residents a rota cleaning and tidying of the common areas (5 housemates in total) 

• At end of tenancy ensure own room is clean & tidy, ready for the next tenant 

• Share with other student residents every August in handing over the common areas in a clean and tidy state ready for the new academic year

Miscellaneous

• As residents are all full time students, the house is currently exempt from Bournemouth Council Tax.

• Double rooms are for single occupancy only.

• Deposits are held by the DPS (Deposit Protection Service)

• Right to rent checks / proof of place on full time study course at HSU Health Sciences University for new tenants.
