Dylan Morrison of West Chester Township was killed in an accident today, March 28, when a tire flew off a semitrailer and hit his vehicle, according to Cincinnati.com. Fire and rescue personnel remove the top from a wrecked minivan at the scene to gain acces to a person trapped inside. Lockland Police and Fire are investigating an accident along southbound I-75 near the Lockland split.
