There is no set limit to the number of oral and poster communications a participant may submit. However, all communications need to be approved by the scientific committee, and if deemed more appropriate, some oral presentations may need to be converted to posters.

Oral communications should be no longer than 15 minutes + 5 minutes of discussion.
Slide shows must be presented in PowerPoint format at Standard (4:3) slide size.
Posters should be presented with a height of 120 cm and a width of 80 cm.
Viper media contest
Media/slide show contest about vipers and their habitats, directed to all participants.
Shows should be no longer than 15 minutes and can combine video, sound and/or pictures.
