Prime rib with mashed potatoes and vegetables at the Green Room inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa. It was cooked medium rare and for the most part it was very tender. The poor quality of this phone camera picture does not do it justice. However, I'm glad it was comped through the Player's Club as it was not worth the $30 they normally charge.
