Five More and Breathe Fitness 
The F.A.B.5. Program is a 5 week training program designed to prepare you to run a 4 mile race. If you're looking to run your first race or want to learn how to train for a running race and improve your time, or maybe you just want to be part of a fitness group, then this program is for you!

  • 5 Week Training schedule: Full daily workouts (Runs and Cross Training) (Value $110)
  • Group Training sessions with a Personal Trainer every Tuesday and Thursday. (Value $149)
  • Group Running sessions with a running coach every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. (Vaule $200) 
  • Facebook support group keeps you connected to the FAB 5 Program
  • Instructional running and cross training videos
  • FAB5 Group T- shirt (which we can wear at the race) (Value $35)
  • Run 4 Downtown- Includes 4 mile run or walk, T-shirt, Equilibrium Brewery Post Race Party, (Including Live Music, Food, etc)

Final Run: August 16th "Shake Out"
Race Date and time: Run 4 Downtown- Saturday August 17th, 2019, 8:15am in Middletown, NY. Actual Run begins at 9am.
