  • One (1) year minimum lease then month-to-month or 3-month extensions possible
  • Applicants must submit to criminal background / credit check; $ 40 fee per application.
  • No shares or sublets allowed except for possibly pre-existing relationships with each responsible party submitting individual applications; each party and associated house to have their own rental agreement.
  • Dogs / Cats negotiable on case-by-case basis with additional deposits

  • Non-refundable cleaning deposit.
