Intellectual Honesty is something that should be discussed with elementary school students. As a secondary teacher of Spanish, it is safe to say that with plagiarism, my job is perhaps the easiest. Any language teacher will know if their students are using google translator (or any translator for that matter) because of the sentences that are produced by the student. Especially since language teachers know their content and their students, it is obvious when students use online translators.

They are very beneficial to those who teach Spanish or Portuguese and would like to learn more about how to use technology in the classroom. This is very beneficial because many teachers are not up to par on the technology side of education. Conferences are always positive and allow teachers and educators to move forward in their field.
Most schools and districts advertise job openings on the Internet. Teachers should use such resources not only to find employment for themselves, but also to attract others to their schools and thus build strong departments.
