In the Big Kids Chair
I've always wanted to get a shot of one of my tall friends in this huge chair in the Uptown area of Minneapolis. So when we passed by this early one morning in wine country (looking for a sunrise, but we'd woken to grey skies), I really couldn't resist setting this up... Strobist: 2 SB-800's shot through umbrellas (one on each side) and a 3rd SB-800 on camera for fill and remote triggering.
The Chairs of Boston
I am not opposed to the practice of saving spaces after you have spent the time digging out. However! I think you forfeit your space after a couple days. People still have the chairs out today... We are too chicken to take the space though.
