Riders from the Southend Section of the Forty Plus Cycling Club meet, on Tuesdays and Thursday, in Rayleigh High Street at the top of Crown Hill and join others at the Rettendon Roundabout (the old Turnpike) and at an elevenses stop. As well as the Southend area we have riders from other places in Essex such as Hadleigh, Benfleet, Woodham Ferrers, Cold Norton, Burnham on Crouch, Wickford, Basildon, Billericay, Chelmsford, Danbury, Canvey Island and Writtle. We stop for lunch usually at an Essex pub. Details of the runs can be seen by following the links above. Some riders come with us only part of the way.
